Pequeno Dilema
The character of Pequeno Dilema starts in the vineyard, when the different varieties are harvested at optimum ripeness to ensure the ideal balance between the natural grape sugars and acids. Fermentation begins in vats and continues in a selection of new and used oak barrels.
The wines that will make up the final blend are aged in barrel until bottling. Ageing on the lees rounds out the wine profile, yielding a structured, voluminous wine with a creamy texture.
